Crisp romaine lettuce tossed in our Caesar dressing then sprinkled with bacon, garlic croutons & parmesan shavings.

The Brian Boru Steak Salad - "For the soldier in ya!"
A blend of lettuces tossed in blue cheese vinaigrette with roasted cashews, sun dried tomatoes and covered in tender beef strips straight off the griddle.

10oz of pure ground beef with Paddy's missus special ingredients char grilled to your liking & topped with aged cheddar, crispy bacon, onion ring & salad all packed into a big bap.

Three pieces of chicken breast marinated in pesto vinaigrette then char grilled & served with gherkins, red onions & mozzarella cheese served in long bap.
